Hi there, just had to say thank you to all of you!
We are just back home after a couple of days down with you - one day longer than expected as the weather was so terrible yesterday we couldn't get out to the islands.
Thankfully we managed to reschedule for today and got 3 of the most spectacularly beautiful dives in.
Thank you to Richard for getting us there so safely and thank you to Jamie for leading the dives.
We're lucky enough to just live up the road a bit so we'll definitely be back, it was all just wonderful thank you loads xx Laura, February 2009
I hope this email finds all of you at the Poor Knights well this coming holiday season. Sasha and I find ourselves reminiscing and missing our time in NZ and can't wait until we find ourselves there again. I was hoping I could press you for some information. I just wanted to let you know that we had a great day on Monday and were extremely happy with the service provided. I have never dove the Knights before and it was a pleasure to dive them with PK and Richard. I can safely say that you will see me again. From start to finish the entire dive trip was the best I have experienced in NZ, well done!

Thanks again to Jill, Martin, Jamie and Richard for another great weekend diving with PK Divers. The weather was perfect, and so was the diving. Dived Fred's Pin and Taravana on the Sat and Barren Arch and Northern Arch on the Sunday. The diving in the middle of winter is great, the water is clear, and there are so few divers out on the water we almost had the entire PK's to ourselves. Looking forward to the next trip all ready

YES, we had a great weekend - thank you very much :-) Once I've had my operation and am fully recovered for diving we will definitately be back - most likely late November early December. Thank again and we look forward to our next trip with you.

I would like to thank and praise your staff on a wonderful couple of days diving, my partner Kirsten (Rescue Diver) and I (Staff Instructor) have no hesitation in recommending your dive centre for both training and pleasure diving. A special mention goes to Richard & Dillon, a great skipper and a fantastic dive guide. After 3 days diving we never returned to a dive site twice, well done!!!! Some of the best dives we have dived in the world. (and great lunches)

Thank you to your team for an unbelievable day of diving out at the Knights on Saturday.It was an amazing experience and Richard and Dylan were fantastic guides - keeping us entertained and very well looked after! We will be back next summer for a few more outings I am sure!

Thanks, the weekend was a lot of fun. The only hassle from my point of view was trying to get money out of people to cover the deposit I'd paid!!! Lots of the guys said they'd be keen to do it again sometime, so hopefully we will be back soon.

Just to pass on some comments to you, Bill had a really great day, he said the boat & crew were excellent, and he was particularly complimentary about Richard the divemaster, he said he was one of the best he had dived with (I think he has about 2000 dives behind him)

Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for the great dives last weekend. We love the boat and will definitely be back! It's the first time Michelle and I have been out for ages (due to building a house near Kamo) but it certainly won't be long before we're out again now we finally have some free time. The little things like a relaxed atmosphere, recognition of diver experience (ie if you're familiar with the area, no long briefing is necessary), lunch and a fast clean boat make all the difference. Just wanted to give you some feedback. The boat, dive gear and your fellow crew were fantastic. Our skipper was great even though his first day. Very nice to have a dedicated dive boat and crew. Lunch was awesome and must convey that this was everyone's sentiment. Very nice to go diving with such a professional and down to earth crew. I will be diving with your company again and will highly recommend your business to my colleages and friends. I will see about organising a trip out with some work mates and friends in the near future. Will look at doing the knights and the waikato?? Well anyways I will stay in contact. PKD Comment: I am not aware of any operators who will tell you in advance what sites you will be going to as the decision has to be taken on the day, taking into account the abilities of the divers on board and most importantly, the weather conditions. If you check out our trip reports you will see that we probably go to a greater variety of sites, when we are able, than almost anyone else operating to the Poor Knights..
We had a great time, the weather was great and the dives were amazing!! We will definitely be coming again (hopefully with more people).
The boat was awesome as was the crew, very friendly, informative and easy to get along with.

My husband Russ and I went diving with PKD last week and we had a fantastic time!
We will never forget our first trip to the Knights - which will certainly not be our last!! Two awesome dives, a very yummy lunch, their informed and friendly crew made the day very special. If you're thinking about diving at the Poor Knights, we can wholeheartedly recommend PKD!

First I would like to thanks Martin and Jill for the great time they provided. You are great!!! Well, the boat it's new and very good. Very comfortable and safe!!! The Crew are very nice, very friendly and helpful!!! So thank you guys for everything, the coffee in particular eheheh The dive sites at Poor Knights are amazing; the marine life is abundant and very healthy. The visibility is very good, water temperature it’s a little cold, but not that cold. The Bach accommodation is really good, it's big, it's comfortable, it's quiet, and it’s beautiful...... I recently obtained my first milestone in diving by achieving my 100th dive and to make it all the better I did it at the Poor Knights Islands. What enhanced the experience further was being part of a new dive charter operation. Martin, Llyw and Jamie provided an impeccable service, paying great attention to my needs and demonstrating a genuine interest in who I was and what made me passionate about diving. The crew consulted on our preferred dives sites and made every attempt to get where the group wanted and they took their time to find the perfect spot. The quicker boat meant we were in and out of the water before the large crowds of the competition made their descent. This was my 10th dive at the PKI so I have a fair understanding of the quality of the competition and I can safely say they will never see my money again. PKD hands down wins my custom as they run a service designed by people who love diving, their boat is fast and comfortable and the crew friendly and welcoming. I love diving and always feel it is a privilege to do so at the Poor Knights, so I am thrilled to know that this new charter boat has arrived on the scene to make my trips out there even more pleasurable.
